 Luigi Lucotti

 Luigi Lucotti (1893  – December 29, 1980) was an Italian road bicycle racer who has won three stages in the Tour de France and a stage at the Giro d'Italia. He finished in fourth place at the 1921 Tour de France. His fourth place finish was the highest placing by any Italian rider in the tour up to this time.
