We had a good ride from the Old 421 River Park today. The temperatures were hot, so we stopped twice at stores to give everyone a chance to get something cold to drink. In the photo above Edmond the ride leader is going by the vineyards on Williams Road outside of Lewisville, NC. The "River Park Group" is a great bunch of folks to ride with. The ride every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:30 AM from the Old 421 River Park. The ride is usually around 40 miles in length and averages 16.5+ MPH. Today's ride had an average speed of 17 MPH.
