I put Panaracer Ruffy Tuffy tires in size 700 x 28 on my Waterford today and went for a mixed terrain ride. I rode form my house to Tanglewood Park in Clemmons, NC. Once at the park my ride was on trails and dirt roads. Then back home on the pavement. Ruffy Tuffy tires are designed to be very round and also puncture resistant. They rolled well and held up fine, even on a freshly graveled section of road. This is a great tire for touring, brevets, commuting and just general fun riding. |
