Frans Bonduel

Frans Bonduel 1931

   Frans Bonduel (1907-1947) was a Belgium professional bicycle racer from 1928 through 1947. 

   He raced for the Dialect-Wolber team all twenty years of his career. Occasionally he would ghost ride for another team at a few races if his real team wasn't going to participate. 

   Bonduel won forty four professional bicycle races. A few of his major victories are: Tour of Flanders 1930,  Paris-Brussels 1934 & 1939,  Paris Tours 1939.

   Frans Bonduel won three stages of the Tour de France. His first stage win came in 1930 when he won the 17th stage. He won stages 6 & 7 during the 1932 Tour de France.

Francesco Camusso

Francesco Camusso

Francesco Camusso (1908 - 1995) was an Italian professional road racing cyclist  from 1930 through 1938. He is considered by many to be one of the best Italian climbers ever.

 In 1931, his second year racing as a professional, he won the Giro d' Italia. He won the 11th stage of the race on his way to victory.

 His best results in the Tour de France came in 1932. He won the 10th stage of the Tour de France and finised in 3rd place overall in the general classification.

In 1934 Francesco Camusso won the first stage of the Giro d' Italia and finished in 2nd place in the overall general classification.

He won two more stages in the Tour de France in his career. In 1935 he won stage 7 and in 1937 he won the 13th stage. 

Francesco Camusso finished in 4th place in the general classification of the 1937 Tour de France.

His last victory as a professional bicycle racer was in 1938. He won Nice - Mont Agel.

Georges Lemaire

Georges Lemaire

Georges Lemair (1905 -1933) was a Belgian who raced bicycles professionally from 1929 to 1933. He won the Belgain National Road Race Championship in 1932. Lemair competed in the Tour de France finishing in 15th place in the overall general classification in 1932 and 4nd place in 1933. Georges Lemair had an unfortunate accident while competing in the 1933 Belgian National Road Championship that was fatal.
