Katharine Hepburn rides a bike

Click on the photo to enlarge it
At 65, Katharine Hepburn is as slender as a reed, strong as a lumberjack and clearly prefers exercising outdoors. Here, while taking her regular morning bicycle ride, she hitches onto a 1907 “Silver Ghost” Rolls Royce. Car was used during filming of her ABC-TV movie, Love Among the Ruins,” a romantic comedy set in London, 1911, in which she stars for the first time with Sir Laurence Olivier. Hat is one which she wears in the movie.” March 3, 1975
