Frans Slaats Takes the Hour Record

Frans Slaats 

Vigorelli Track, Milano, 29th September 1937 - Dutchman Frans Slaats at the start of his new World Hour Record of 45.485 km, 160 meters further than Frenchman Maurice Richard's previous record of 45.325 km, set 14th October 1936.
